Nakhon Pathom governor Adisak Thep-art said two help centres had been set up for the victims. Those who lost their property would stay at Wat Bang Luang. Local authorities have promoted the 113-year-old Bang Luang market near the Tha Chin River as a historical and conservative destination for weekend tourists.
